This is a basic hands-on workshop on the required bioinformatics analysis of MS-based proteomics date for beginners in MS-based proteomics. All the steps for the transformation of difficult for the biologists and physicians to understand MS raw data to images, tables and graphs easy to evaluate and translate into biological knowledge, will be shown. All the participants will have hands-on experience on all the presented software and algorithms.
