Meta-analysis of OMICs Data

This a 2 day course/workshop at UTH targeted to postgraduate level (or advanced undergraduate) biostatistics or bioinformatics students. Due to COVID-19 restrictions the workshop will take place virtually using teleconference (MS TEAMS) on July 22-23/2021. Topics will include:

    • Functional Class Scoring (FCS)
    • Pathway Topology (PT) methods
